A youth development 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
The purpose of this organization is to empower young people and assist them in reaching their potential through E.E.I (1) Financially Empowering community athletic programming. (2) Providing Exposure to programs that develop and promote interest in STEAM. (3) Inspiring, by administering personal development programing that enrich, excite and promote hope.

OUR MISSION
At U Are Hero foundation is to keep our children busy and assist financially, like-minded non-profit organizations, which provide valuable youth community services.
BELIEFS

PROGRAM FACILITIES
The Administrative Services and programming for The U Are Hero Foundation will utilize TBD Locations or Facilities (rented or donated) as needed for required programming.
YOUTH PARTICIPANTS
Youth participants for the U Are Hero foundations will be visiting from area Middle and High Schools from Metro Detroit Area Schools such as but not limited to : Southfield High School, Detroit Renaissance High School, Cass Technical High school, Munford High School, Central High School, King High School and Farmington Harrison High School.
TESTIMONIAL RESULT OF PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS
Programs that involve technical and non-traditional programs that are proven to be effective. They provide young people with new areas of focus that enable them to place value on their time and appreciate creative skills that are proven to follow them in the classroom. The overall academic performance is a direct reflection of new standards that are embraced with these programs and a direct impact on personal development level. Students involved in Music programs have improved classroom performance where music aid model students to express themselves definitively.
(1) U Are Hero Foundation is committed to, providing financial assistance to non-profit organizations that provide community athletic programs. In other words, giving back.
Youth athletic programs were established to promote wholesome development by helping kids. Assisting them in becoming leaders, fostering self-confidence and a sense of self-worth that extended beyond sports. These programs are dedicated to coaching youth by providing positive adult role models – showcasing leaders that instill high moral standards by stressing the importance of academic achievement and community involvement.
(2) U Are Hero foundation strongly supports self-expression and is committed to providing STEAM programs, which focus on creative arts.
Through our efforts via the Foundation, we will play a pivotal role in fostering a welcoming environment that provides access and ensures the chance to experience by exposing them to opportunities within these professions.
(3) The U Are Hero is committed to Inspiring, by administering personal development programming that enriches, excite and promote hope.
These programs are dedicated to:
- Fostering self-confidence and self-worth.
- Providing representation of positive adult role models.
- Showcasing leaders and people of influence that endorse high moral standards.
